A CSA Membership program is a partnership between the farmers and the community.
Members invest in the farm and then come to pick up a load of food each week. Our members get the farm going in the early spring and help keep our spirits up through the season... they are the heart of our farm.
How does it work?
Weekly we harvest seasonably available vegetables, lay them out market style for the membership and members come and take what they need or want.
This is a free choice CSA share. Meaning, each week there will be 10 to 15 different crops available, and the members can choose which vegetables they want and how many they want.
The CSA is designed for single family home consumption, not for bulk orders or for regularly feeding relatives and friends.
Certain crops are limited to a numbered amount.
Corn is not included in the CSA.
Membership Responsibility
Members need to show up every week during the pickup window, or find someone to show up for them, pick up their food and eat it... that's it. Each week we include a news letter with information, recipes, and ideas for how to use the food.
Because of the nature of the Free Choice membership, we cannot box up shares, so members who miss their window miss the week of veggies.
